This service is only available when purchased with a valid mattress item. The mattress collection service can only be offered at the same time as the delivery of the mattress the service was purchased with. Our carrier operatives will collect a mattress from your room of choice. We ask that you remove any bedding and mattress toppers. Any mattresses collected must be in an acceptable condition. Soiled, wet, or otherwise overly damaged mattresses cannot be collected.
Mattresses due for collection must not stored outside prior to collection. Our carrier operatives reserve the right to not collect any mattress which they consider to be unsuitable.
